Does anyone know what snacks I can have I've been diagnosed with type 2 but the tablets haven't work so got to have injections 4 times a day now it's all new to me my blood sugar levels in the mid 20s most of the time at night but I'm still craving food all the time but no sure what foods to snack on

HI and welcome. Over time you need to think of snacking as an exception. You can achieve that by having a low-carb diet and having enough proteins and fats to keep you feeling full. Carbs will always leave you feeling hungry so try to reduce them. As you are now on insulin, your nurse should be guiding you on how much to inject of each to achieve the right blood sugar level. Come back if your nurse isn't giving you the support you need and do ask any questions anyway. BTW the best food for snacks are nuts, berries and cheese
