I eat porridge sometimes, but made with water and use cream instead of milk, it does raise my bs, but somes back about 2 hours later. So I have it like once a month. I love my cheese omelettes for breakfast.....so good. Lunch today I had a small can of salmon and some cheese. I also had black coffee with pouring cream during the day. Tonight after dinner I will have berries and cream.</p><p></p><p>Don't be scared we are all here to support you.
