I tested my bg this morning when I woke up and it was 7.5 and then I tested before breakfast which was 3 hours later ( start work at 5am) and it was 7.9. I don't understand it, what am I dong wrong ? Also I had 2 crisp bread and small bit of cheese and 1 hour later it was 9.6 !!!!! Highest reading I have had !
