:-) It is very much appreciated! I'm just doing my weekly shop and I'm following a 7 day plan from the diet doctor site. The only real change for me is the lack of cereal on a morning. I usually have oats or Weetabix, for quickness.

As a SW girl you may already know all about crustless quiche? They are good for a quick breakfast or lunch.
 
Yes, I remember them well :meh: made using cottage cheese. I did use leftover ham from Christmas lunch to make a quiche style dish which was quite nice. I left the cottage cheese out of the recipe.
