Hi everybody,
I have learn`t my first lesson today, do not just check BG levels.
This morning BG UP to 13.16 after what I thought was a low carb day.
Last nights evening meal, a Greek favourite, Fava (dried split peas) and Tuna.
On checking the Carb value of split peas they are high hence the reading.(I presume)
Checked again this afternoon and it has fallen to 9.11.
My lesson, before making food first check the Carb value.
I shall move my posts away from the introductions now and in future post in the correct index.
If thats ok, mmm whats his name Caligula, er no Cugila.
