Hello
I Have suffered from autoimmune chronic pancreatitis for about 20 years so I was not surprised when I was diagnosed with diabetes secondary to pancreatitis called Pancreatogenic diabetes or Type 3c diabetes on August 11 2017 . It is one of many complications of ACP.
Looking for anyone diagnosed with same diabetes.
 
I don't know how much I can help but there's a forum on T3C diabetes, if you scroll down on the forums page, and they'll share loads of ideas with you :)
