It still doesn't address what you actually eat that makes a meal if you mustn't eat carbs and mustn't eat root vegetables?!

??? Greek yoghurt should be around 5g carbs per 100g. I also use live goat's milk yoghurt at 4.3g.

What can you eat? Meat, fish, eggs, cheese, butter, mushrooms, green vegetables, avocados, nuts, cauliflower, tomatoes, berries, cream etc - see www.dietdoctor.com/lchf .

you can have greek yogurt, it's only 4g carb per 100ml
this is hard core LCHF, you can add a bit more carb if you want to
