I’m thinking of moving to the UK from California. I wear an OmniPod insulin pump and Dexcom sensor. I’m able to afford these because I have health insurance. Does the NHS provide assistance in obtaining these devices?

I think it all depends on your immigration status, @dennishadley, and whether you’ll still be a US citizen who’ll be here for a limited period or whether you’ll be seeking permanent settlement, but I’m not at all well versed in the ins and outs of moving here from the US.

The simple answer is yes, they can be provided by the NHS. You'll need to check if you qualify.
