This practice was highlighted on this forum when some members were unable to obtain prescribed diabetes medication in their area - parallel trading.
This particular Trust's Finance Director said that they never sold drugs that were in short supply but refused to list which drugs were traded.
"Pharmacies are facing difficulties acquiring around 40 drugs including some to treat high blood pressure, cancer and epilepsy".
