Pointless and costly bureaucracy and ludicrous management salaries have no place in this era of austerity.

I have been reading about the reorganization of the NHS with proposed disbanding of PCT's and giving G.P.'s the purse strings but wonder if the PCT staff will graduate to the G.P. surgeries and manage for the G.P.'s?
 
Knowing the views of the area PCT here from comments by our Group Practice GP's, they would be the last people to get a job in the Practice Management Team!
