Diabetes.org.uk run voluntary support groups throughout Northern Ireland. Have a look at their website for details. Alternatively have a look at what diabetes support your local hospital offers. Many hospitals run diabetes support groups.

Samantha you can always pm me at anytime if you like. I know I am not a diabetic but have a daughter who is so if you want to rant/moan/complain I am always about to be an ear to listen to you.
