I slept later than usual, got up at 10 instead of the usual 5.30! So I'm just assuming that's why

Yes u must hale lol. Had a 7.2 this morning. Think I should get up earlier on sundays too!!! Either that or change my hourly basal rates for sundays. Decisions, decisions
