Hi Karen,

I also have a pump and work lots of night shifts. I have two different basal profiles and switch from one to the other when I start my run of nights.
It took a lot of testing during my shift to get it right, but basically I need higher basals from midnight to about 0500 and then much lower from 0600 and during the day when I am sleeping . But I do have a very active job.

It has however taken me about a year to get it right . I just made small adjustments at a time after testing very frequently.

Best of luck with it anyway.. I am sure you will be absolutely fine.
