Great to hear no headaches so far...stay calm and avoid the obvious stress triggersWell no head aches so far today stayed away from the family, hope to go back to work next week, thanks for all your support and gezzabelle i have a car remember i can come to you LOL.
I'm not surprised you're stressed out. They say you can choose your friends but not your family. I hope you find the counselling useful, sometimes it helps just to sound off at someone and to get some feedback. Hope it all works out.Hi all went back to see the doctor yesterday afternoon, she was not happy about the head aches and packed me off to hospital.
After a full work out i was told they are tension head aches caused by stress which i can understand, they are going to recommend to my doctor i go for counselling which i may take up the offer because when you have a wife who won`t talk about my diabetes in any way shape or form, the two eldest grand kids who are at each others throats 24/7,a son who owes me money and makes every excuse not to pay it back and a daughter who told me "you don`t do any thing for this family" because i would not fill in some forms for her the minute i got out of bed.
Any way i thank you all for reading my sorry story this forum has been my only outlet and i`m glad i found all you lovely people and will meet some of you in london on the 27th and will continue to contribute where i can.
And if any one want to adopt a 61 year old who is good at DIY and has his own car.

A good nights sleep will make you feel even better. Try not to think about headaches....stress is the last thing you need right now. You will wake up refreshed and with some sense of relief I would hope. Do you still have to have the CT scan? It certainly sounds like it isn't the cluster headaches....I had a feeling it might not be when I looked it on Google. Just very relieved to know it can be fixed without the awful stuff that you had in prospect if it had been them. I think being diagnosed as diabetic probably made everything else seem much worse and hopefully now things will get easier. Just remember....you are never alone....always here if you need a chat or to offload.x
The bloods for your diabetes or the headaches?....either way good luck with them...hope everything checks out perfectlyDon`t know about ct scan,going back to the docs next thursday to get blood results will ask then if not heard any thing.x
No stopped taking them 3 days after they were prescribed .no meds at all.Just wondering...are you still on that Atorvastatin?...it's for cholesterol isn't it?...a statin?....I just looked up side effects and a lot are very similar to the pain and headaches you have had. I checked back on your previous posts out of curiosity cos I couldn't remember if you are on meds for the diabetes...noticed you had been put on Atorvastatin and that you actually commented that you were on it and were waking up with headaches.....made me wonder if it could be contributing to it all as the headaches started after you got put on it and 1 in10 get headaches, stomach pain and lots of other side effects

That rules any medication out then which has to be goodNo stopped taking them 3 days after they were prescribed .no meds at all.
