Hi @hodges63 and welcome to the forum. I don’t use NMES for my type 2, but just so members are clear what exactly is NMES
 
NMES is a neuromuscular electrical stimulation machine which use electrical impulses to induce involuntary muscle contractions acting as a passive exercise that improves blood circulation boost glucose uptake. Studies suggest an reduce fasting blood glucose ..Eg of this type of machine is Reactive but many on the market
