No A1c test till next week

Hi to all,

I dont get to have my A1c test till next week as not enough blood test strip bottles to collect the blood so need to wait till they phone me up.
But i am getting flu vaccine next week as well.
My blood sugars are going back down now i am using ozempic and i have lost some more weight using it so i am pleased.

i wouldn't worry about the delay in hba1c as it shows you average for the last 3 months, so 1 week won't have much effect

the main thing is that you know there is an issue, and you are starting to get it under control, the hba1c will just tell you 'how bad' and over time give you guidance on your control
