Quest Bars!

You can so many sweet flavours - Chocolate Chip, Chocolate fudge, cookie dough, apple pie, white chocolate raspberry is my favorite and they all 5g of carbs or less per bar!

These things taste amazing, and are actually filling and also have roughly 20g of protein in them (they are meant for bodybuilders on low carb diets trying to get lean)

personally i love every flavour and buy these things 20 or 30 at a time lol

Have never seen quest bars. Where do you get them from?

I get my Quest bars from either the local Sports Nutrition store, or online at www.bodybuilding.com

They aren't something that many people stumble upon because they are a 'bodybuilding supplement' type food designed for weightlifters and the like. But if you look around bodybuilding.com or sports nutrition places they often have many foods designed to low carb and taste great but usually in bar form lol

Just seen the price diamattic. Maybe I will stick to Mars bars with an extra shot of insulin. Lol

haha yeah, they aren't the cheapest! But thats the price to skip the needle eh ? lol

Not carb free but is very low at 6.2 carbs including the "of which sugar" in a 32g bar.
Nice little snack.
