No Code Chip!

Went all the way into town today to get 10 test strips as forgot to get my prescription :roll: Get home tonight to test before tea and no code chip :evil: I have an Accu-Chek Aviva monitor and wondered if anybody had the same and knew of a way round it. I think I know the answer already. Am annoyed as I've had creamy cabbage for my tea tonight for the first time and wanted to see what it did to my levels.
 
I used to have the Aviva and you need the code chip ! Back to the store on Monday.
Are you sure you didn't drop it when you opened the box - did that once myself. There should always be one supplied.

At least you will only have the weekend to do without.

Yep I checked. I opened it on the kitchen worktop and it defo wasn't there. I didn't think there would be a way round it. Thanks anyway.
