No diabetes, but frequent clear urine

Hi,
From 10 years , I 'm facing this problem. If I drink 1 cup of water and I have to go to pee atleast 3 times in 1 hour and I go more than I've drunk. The urine looks clear like water. I 've been tested with diabetes, kidney , liver thyroid, an dall other blood tests. Everything is normal. I'm so tired that I can't walk. leg pain, gastric, chest pain, bone pain.
Some days I go only about 4 times and urine is concentrated.
