I used them for 4 years and loved them, had to change over though when changed to the Vibe on the insistence of PCT at the time to keep the payments simple. I use the inset 30 now and find them very good.
In my tummy
I start a rotation by 1st one goes below my rib cage 4 along that row then move down a row and so on until I reach the lowest point. Then I swop sides and repeat. So a very long break between use of 1st site.
The inset 30's do take a little bit of time to get used to but once you have perfected the knack of insertion they are very good. I do tend to put tape over the tubing though as it stops any pulling with a potential of a sore site.
