No More Medication

Just to let you know that I’ve been completely taken off Metformin.

My journey and diagnosis began last Sept 2017 with DKA, nearly died at the hospital to daily insulin injections and to finally no more medication!

HBA1c down from 85 to 39.

Fasting bg levels are between 4.3 to 5.6.

Thank you all for your advice, support and friendship!

Im also now back to competing in high level semi-pro tennis tournaments.

Life is beautiful. Thank God.

Amazing news Andrew, I know how much you wanted all of the above, good things come to those who wait, but sometimes you need to take positive steps to encourage and move things along, you have done just that, I am very pleased for you.

Hey @NewTD2 congratulations on a job well done! Does this mean that your "NewTD2" is going to have to be changed to something like "Winner over TD2"??!! Keep going as you are Blessings/L
