Did any one experienced non diabetic hypoglycaemia befor getting diabetis? I have hypoglycaemia for a year now only low blood sugar no high. But when I'm low my body reacts the same way like a diabetic.

Hi, @Brunneria has gone down that path as she was diagnosed RH before developing T2.
Myself, I have late RH and am currently on sitagliptin and very low carb diet to stay in control.
Have a read about RH and see if it is what you have. And no I don't have diabetes. My condition is late reactive hypoglycaemia.
Ask away, we will try and answer your questions.

Hi and welcome!

Yes, I think a large number of people experience hypoglycaemia before they develop anything that can be identified as diabetes and prediabetes.

Have a look at this thread.

Hi all Thank u so much for your reply. I went to a endocrinologist but he told me all the Simptoms are normal!!! Did glucose tests, blood tests, everything seems normal!!! But my body doesn't react normal any more since i have hypoglycaemia. no Doc could tell me any thing!

There are still a lot of docs out there who haven't a clue about RH. I was lucky that my consultant recognised it.
You may ask your GP to get a second opinion.
It took me a long time to get diagnosed. Having a hypo in the surgery and hospital helped.
Keep a food diary, get a meter and test and record what happens to your BSLs so that you can can show him what happens after meals.
This will help you in your mind as well.
Don't do nothing!
Let us know how you get on.

Not personally, but I do know another runner who frequently has hypoglycaemia type symptoms after long races. I've not tested her but it's probably not unreasonable as you caan't ingest carbs at the same rate you's using calories, so there's a deficit there.

I have had one or to episodes myself, but nowhere near to my diagnosis, just out of the blue.

Can't say I recall have any.

My eldest son suffered from low bg when he was a toddler, gp just said it was due to him being very active and burning a lot of energy, they just said we needed to make sure we give him snacks between meals, his not diabetic btw.
