Non-spiking yoghurt!

Hi
I've not been on this forum for quite a while now (moving house etc) & even had to re-register as I forgot all my login details. Anyway..... just had to share this with everyone! My daughter loves yoghurt but it's always made her spike. After a lot of experimenting I have now discovered that if you sprinkle some powder from a sachet of sugar free jelly into some full fat greek yoghurt then she does not spike at all and she loves the taste too! This also means that we have now conquered the mid-morning after breakfast spike - it's worked out that some low sugar cereal plus this yoghurt = a nice stable morning! Just had to share this as it's been a real break-through for us, hope it works for you too

Try full fat Greek yoghourt with berries and a touch of Splenda and, using an ice cream maker make it into ice cream.

My grandchildren love it!

Just adding my thumbs-up to WW fromage frais. Sadly, it's the only dessert they got right.

Usually, I use Greek yogurt and sweeten it with one of the daVinci sugarfree syrups.
