I know this may sound strange to ask but my breakfast is normally based on noodles, or pancakes. I find that i'v got high b.g about 2hrs later and i feel sleepy. But here in nigeria, Thats as light a breakfast as i can get in the mornings. Can u help suggest how i can ease it down at least to have a close to normal 2hpp?
