Does any of you know what it means if my OGTT results were fine (5-7.5-6.8), but I frequently measure high glucose levels at home, mostly way long after eating (peaking at 2-3hrs, not even after fatty foods)? Around 8-9s. The glucose measuring device seems to be working okay-ish (probably it is as inaccurate as others are).
Also, my insulin levels seem to be fine (OGTT 4.9-27.4-26.4), but my glucose is high, so I guess it is not IR in any way, but I am very confused. Does this mean that I don’t produce enough insulin? Can this be a developing IGT/T2?
I’m 31yrs old, sporty, not overweight, have a balanced diet, had GDM.
