Type 2 Normal Level

I was facing typical symptoms of type 2 in 2017, at that time my HB1AC was above seven. The doc put me on 1000 met twice a day. After three months my HBA1C was 6.5 and Since then my HBAC is not more than 5.5. I do 6 kilometer running five days a week. Is HBAC under 5.5 is normal or it was just one time. Please anwer

Hba1c is simply a reference to your blood glucose levels - if you are keeping them low with medication and exercise - presumably diet to some extent too, then it will be reflected in the Hba1c result.

Keep doing what you are doing. A good tool to gauge your progress daily is a personal BG meter?

According to A/Prof Ken Sikaris, our risk of CVD begins to rise when our HvA1C results hit 5.5. So below 5.5 is ideal but many will tell you below 6 is fine for a diabetic.
