Nose Bleeds

Hi a good friend of my has type 1 and she has been vomiting in the night and suffering nose bleeds during the day, her sugar level was 7.5 this morning, she says she feels fine, she i be worried and what should I do, thanks Taff
 
Your friend needs to go to her doctor. Ask her if this were happening to you what she would suggest. She is very lucky to have someone who cares so much.

Thank you, I'll put that to her and I know what she will say. A few years ago she was doing the same but her sugar levels were up in the 40s, we got her to hospital just as she collapsed through the doors, first time she had DKA, but I keep asking her how she feels but says she's fine as last time she felt unwell.
