Not being able to eat!!

I'm type 1 diabetic and haven't been able to eat anything since Saturday tea time I feel week and bloods are fine but ketones are there. Why am I like this?

Not sure why you can't eat but you need to see a doc pretty quick, especially if ketones are present. What levels are they ? Keep hydrated and test regular and see a doc first thing if I were you. Take care.
