Not hearing libre 2 alarms during the night

Being slightly deaf I do not always hear my alarms on my iphone 11 during the night. I have been looking at alternatives like wearing an apple watch 7 overnight and perhaps the vibration on my wrist might wake me up. I have also seen something called a sugarpixel which apparantely has a much louder alarm and a pillow vibrator that may wake me up. Has anyone had any experience of the apple watch 7 or the sugarpixel?
Comments will be greatly appreciated.

I'm in Android but use a watch for just this reason (on vibrate during the night).

Still possible to sleep through it when in very deep sleep but it covers most eventualities.

If the watch fails - my wife wakes me up and tells me to shut the ****** watch up. Shes a great failsafe.......

Thanks for the reply. Can I ask you what make and model watch that you have and what app you have on it?

There are a few options out there - I use xDrip (as the app to read my BG) - there is an Apple alternative to xDrip I believe but not sure what its called).
And then send it to an Android smartwatch (currently Google pixel 2, but have used fitbit Versa, and any range of Android watches). I'm also an old 'Pebble Smartwatch' fan (now out of production but still great) so keep those as a backup while my android watch charges.

Essentially you need a CGM and something to receive the signal on your phone, from there an app to send it to a smartwatch app.

Have a look at Dexcom and Apple - I think that works somehow but I'm an Android chap as can do more with it (looping etc)
