Type 1 Not losing weight despite diet and exercise

I’ve been consuming between 1100-1200 calories a day and burning an average of 500 a day. I eat 120 carbs a day and my insulin is currently 3 units before breakfast and lunch , 2 before dinner. Lantus 9 units. I am unable to lose weight. What am I doing wrong?

I need less than 20c per day or I gain

Not saying anything you're doing is wrong but for ME any starch, grain, sugar make me gain instantly. I obviously don't metabolize carbs. And the carb selection I do eat are fatty. Avocado, nuts, pumpkin seeds. Olives. That's about it. Protein and fat of course but I'm around 1100 Cal's a day as well. Just more fat and less carbs than you.

Everyone's body is different - some of us have big hips, some have skinny hips, some of us lose weight through exercise only, some of us lose weight through reducing calories and some by reducing carbs.
You don't mention how much you weigh (it's personal - there is no need to share) or how much weight you want to lose.
But it would be good yo ask yourself "why do you want to lose weight?"
Are you clinically overweight or unhappy about your body?
If the former, maybe you can look at a different diet or more intensive exercise.
If the latter, maybe you could do some focused exercise to tone some of the areas you are unhappy about.

Whatever the reason, don't forget to look after your whole self not just your weight.

Hello. I weigh 47 kilos now. I used to weigh 44. This is the first time I’ve gained weight in my life. I want to go back to looking as fit as I did before

Does that put you at risk for ketoacidosis?

47kg is not very heavy and 3kg is the sort of difference which may be down to water retention: the sort of weight you can gain and lose in a day.
If you want to look "fit", this usually means focusing more on exercise for tone rather than diet for weight loss.
With the right exercise, you can lose any "flabby bits". Your scales may tell you that you have put on weight (because muscle is denser than fat).
At your weight I would not be worrying about the exact numbers.
