Not sure if I double dosed levemir

Had terrible sleep past night so tried tonight I honestly cannot think if I may have double dosed my levemir not sure what I should do
All I know is for a second night I won't be sleeping. I'd kill for a pen that tells me the last time I used it. Anyone know if these exist ?

Novopen echo does. The end where you push it in to inject tells you how many units and how many hours ago.

It's also a half unit pen which is a bonus!
