not sure what to do.

Hi everyone, I've not been diagnosed with diabetes but I have most of the symptoms, such as extreme tiredness, feeling really hungry after eating with cramps, blurred vision, weeing a lot but not too thirsty ( putting out more thanim putting in!) My feet and hands are painful but not tingling. I am waiting for an appointment forthe doctors but thought i would ask her before i go down and see her. Thanks in advance.

Only a qualified medical professional can give you a diagnosis after tests...

In the meantime. It wouldn't do any damage to lay off any sources of sugar & keep an eye on the carbohydrate content of foods..

You may also want to drink plenty of water. If you're 'putting out more than you're putting in' you don't want to get dehydrated.
