Novorapid vials

Hi all, I know there was a problem getting Novorapid pen refills earlier this month but nothing has been said about vials that I can see. I have been having problems for a little while now but put an order in to my GP just over a week ago and went to chemist today to pick up. Non of my order had been made up and when they went to check again they had no Novorapid vials. Said would be a delivery tomorrow but limited supply so would not be able to give me the 4 I am due even though I live in a remote location and a trip to the chest is at least a one hour round trip which I try to fit in with my monthly visit to town for shopping.
Is anyone else having issues?

Do all the chemists in town use the same supplier? Are they all out of Novorapid vials? I would call around before I got close to running low on my personal supply. Might be a spotty situation.
 
Keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow when we attempt to collect. Seems strange I have been having problems when you all seem to be okay
