Well, the sw and meds have served you well. Have you thought about possibly using a lower carb approach to diet? There are those who have managed to lower their dosages of meds and some even manage to come off drugs all together using this method though it isn't easy and can take time and patience. It's excellent, but she probably wants to see that you're able to keep your glucose down at that sort of level before stopping the meds - my GP kept me on metformin for another couple of years before he decided I no longer needed to take it.Hi she said it was good but I’m still on my meds
