Hi i was wondering, if it good for diabete

Nutella home made

  1. 1 cup hazelnuts. Skin peel off thru booking 5 mins of baking soda
  2. 2 tablespoons mild vegetable oil, such as canola.
  3. 3 Splenda sugar packet.or SPLENDA® Sugar Blend maybe one cup or less or more
  4. 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder.
  5. pinch of salt,
will apply on brown bread or white bread,

What do you think for Type 1(my Brother) and type 2 (me)

Please give respect and no judgment on me or my brother, thank you

never tried nutella nor peanut butter so waiting to see if good for us special peeps with diabetes...:)

I would use coconut oil, not canola. Other than that it looks good and very low carb. I personally would not eat bread but I do make low carb almond muffins which this would be fantastic on.

Melt a square or two of dark chocolate and mix. with peanut butter for a yummy low carb spread .You can also mix the chocolate with butter and a little sweetener

There are many sugar alternatives and some people dont like any of them. It sounds like a good recipe, if you make it could you post to let me know how it tasted ect as I love nutella.
