I use lidl unsalted walnuts they are great, do not affect my BG or bp....like salted put up my bp.

You can buy salted cashews loose at Lidl's @Mike D they are much cheaper buying that way. I buy my salted almonds there.

If I remember rightly cashews have an higher GI than walnuts and almonds which are zero.
