Nuzest

Oh....dont know what happened to the text in my first post @Galja. With my job i was looking for shakes to replace breakfast and lunch but slimfast and the like were shooting my sugar levels up coz they are all full of sugar.

I found Nuzest....virtually no carbs or sugar....organic and amazing. Expensive but worth it. Been on it for about 10 days and lost 13lbs. Sugar levels unaffected. Its available in uk...us....aus....pretty much everywhere. I add half a scoop of good green stuff to a scoop of vanilla or strawberry flavour and add koko dairy free coconut milk ×2 a day then have a low carb dinner. It really is amazing stuff. Just wanted to share with u guys.
U can find out about both products here:

Sounds great. I'll check it out. What sort of nursing is your speciality?

Community Nursing...Treatment Room and District. To be honest....because of my Type 2 diagnosis and the crystal clear evidence of low carb....i enrolled on a nutrition course to allow me to help in the fight to promote low carb lifestyle advice within the NHS.

Wow - just checked out the link and the ingredients. I recon, I could knock a lot of my supplement tablets on the head, save money and get great no GMO quality ingredients. I've signed up and made my first purchase :)

Oh cool!!! Yeah i only have to sort dinner really which is a wee bit chicken and greens or salad with bit olive oil drizzle. While Nuzest is expensive its filling and fab after a workout...the purest ingredients i have ever seen! Yep no need for expensive supplements.

I have a bit of weight to lose yet but its melting off with Nuzest. Its only 140 cals with koko milk. So if ur not overweight...make sure u have more to eat. Let me know how i get on

Will do.. What's koko milk?

The big tub of NuZest green stuff has arrived. Starting it tomorrow. I've just carefully compared the vast list and amounts of the ingredients and check my supplement cupboard, net saving per month by about £35. Great !!

Great! I've set up a thread under Food and Nutrition as I spent a couple of hours gong through every ingredient and researching exactly what it does. I've already written to them tell them how impressed I am and suggesting two additional ingredients. Great tip off..Thanks Kevin
