Hi - I was diagnosed Type 1 almost a year ago and struggling to find ski insurance that includes off piste. Has anyone found a company which covers as standard? Thanks

If you look towards the bottom of their home page, it mentions off-piste, without a guide as standard. I would suggest there would be other companies doing the same, but the premiums will likely reflect the additional risk.
Wherever you choose to insure, in your shoes, I would read the policy document very carefully in advance of forming any contract to ensure an exclusions are acceptable to you.
Lying in a crumpled heap, in pain isn't the time to be discovering any small print.
