Lovin' the pics.
And I think the cucumber sarnies are a keeper.
I'm so lazy. My fat fast brekkie is basically coffee with cream (I'm fat fasting from 8pm to 1pm, and LCHF for lunch and din-din 5 days a week at the mo).

Groan you'll set Nom off now. Going to go before he drains my battery. That sounds so interesting @Brunneria. Are you keeping a food diary?
I have a feeling the cucumber sandwiches would work well with, dare I say it - celery?
So brekkie of bpc and supplements done. Usually just have a multi vit but brought the big boys out for the ff.
Get some salt down you. Do you have bovril down under. Iss passed our house on Christmas eve last year took little ted down to the beach and told him it was Santa's sleigh.Put the day into MFP. Fat 85% carbs 5% protein10%, so actually off-target more than yesterday. I will cut back the protein a bit. Day 3 tomorrow!
This morning I had BP coffee and 2pecan sandwiches.
For lunch:
Poached egg, leaf salad, 1/4 avocado with macadamia oil. Two cream cheese pecan sandwiches.
Dinner;
Not really very hungry, so 1 mini Babybel cheese, 1 strawberry and a spoonful of double cream.
@Baruney I ate the Babybel while watching the ISS ( International Space Shuttle ) pass over my house.
Drank plenty of water all day.
I feel a bit feverish now, and wonder if this is the fat burning effect.
If you set a. Macadamia nut alight, it will burn for 15-20minutes, it has so much oil in it.
Don't know truth be told. It's not an everyday occurrence. Multivitamin, minerals and fish oil for sure everyday especially if running (high 5 zero). Others are no fillers no bulks from UK ebay pharmacy and van idiom from usa. BP is blood pressure? How many carbs in that lot? I don't take anything like that.
Only BP pill, once a day.
He's a sneaky one that Mr B - making sure you get your salt via the pringles. I'm sure they were left there with good intentions.
Well, its a combo intermittent fasting, and fat fast.
But really, it just feels like coffeencream for brekkie, then a low carb high fat lunch and dinner.
Its my second week, and i ballsed up yesterday by spotting Mr B's tube of pringles on the kitchen countertop and eating 10 of them. No idea of the carbs, not that many, i suspect, but it was enough to make me feel grotty! All his fault, of course.
No diet plan/food diary, either. Just normalish lchf lunch and dinner.
Apart from yesterdays blip, im definitely in ketosis all the time, but im not losing weight. Im fluctuating through the same 4lb variation with no sign of it dropping.

Feeling a bit wooly myself. @Brunneria have you any pick me up tips?
I would say just keep up the fluids and salt.
How long are you all fat fasting? I think i read somewhere it should only be a few days, but cant remember why. Lack of protein? Fibre? Not sure.
It cant be the calorie intake, because that is positively decadent compared with the newcastle diet, which runs for 8 weeks.
That sounds a lot like Bulletproof Intermittent Fasting, which I recently started researching, except your coffee is with cream, not butter and MCT (or coconut) oil. Do you not like butter&CO, or is there another reason you're using cream instead?

3 to 5 days are the modern version. Lack of protein and micronutrients are main issues. Fibre can be fixed with psyllium. Hence the extra supplement. Could be just expensive pee but why risk it. It's really just a kick start technique to get into optimum ketosis and I'm looking at it from that angle and bs control. Weight loss good but you will put on 40 to 60 of what you lost in that short time frame.I would say just keep up the fluids and salt.

Talking of which an emergency 30g bag of porkies on the tube between meetings where called for and pulled out of the bag. Decided not to whip out my nuts.

Inspired by our man down under's pecan sandwich may I present to you my nod to Wimbledon. The FF cucumber sandwich.
Think I may have overdone it on the protein today. Will mfp it later but have to go and lie down after those 6 sarnies. Stuffed!
