Sometimes, you just need to throw caution to the wind ! Tonight I had chocolate millionaire shortbread cheesecake with Ben & Jerrys hazelnut ice cream ! I feel like I just cheated on my wife lol !

Haha know how that feels on my husband though
If I have anything I think I shouldn't I mumble to myself for ages
But I also think sometimes you just got to let go and breathe
As long as you reign yourself back in I think occasionally its fine well that's my philosophy :-)

OMG OMG OMG what are your BS like then ? I'm torn about being worried for you and the other part of me is envious, but I just couldn't and wouldn't :( but I really do hope you enjoyed it.

RRB :)

I was very tempted to buy a Value Trifle the other day.

But I forwent the luscious Strawberry jelly, the cheap custard and the whipped cream for a selection of 10 calorie jelly pots.

Didn't taste the sane but I felt very good afterwards.

Know just what you mean though.

I am officially a member of the Jelly Club !!

I made a sugar free lemon and lime jelly on Sunday and had some tonight with a bit of evaporated milk ( but my cat Harley didn't see me pinch some of his evap, he loves it so much and gets very excited when he see's the tin, but he's not a jelly lover) lol Jelly is so tasty

hartleys sugar free jelly, dunno if it has sweetner but it sure tastes sweet to me, its all I have left , it may just be the difference to me be able to continue my diet and give in

my daft beagle will eat just about anything including the wrapping but he wont eat the jelly which is kinda worrying, maybe he knows its sacred

Yes, it has aspartame in it.

But I can't see how you can eat sugar free jelly without Aspartane ??

Can you ??
