Oh dear may not be back tomorrow *SIGHS* have poddy followed by DESMOND. For some reason l am not looking forward to it. So if l survive both intact

Mind you l have to get through agreeing to boot camp at 06:30 they have noise... aka music l have been up since 05:15 so l could get breakkie an hr before, almost no sleep and hate groups of wittering people. Not really a candidate for sainthood am l

In a really foul mood. Got to boot camp to be told oh it is canceled l put it up at 22:30 last night!!

*** so l am up at 05:15 for breakfast which screws me up for the day and will need a snack mid day, l did not sleep well about 3hrs as worried about over sleeping. I didn't do proper exercise last night as l thought don't want hard boot camp and overdo things. Everything l try and do to stay stable thrown out the window because someone was to selfish to think about others

And the cretin tells me that. Friend of mine also turned up and we agreed we not going back she said he did this last week and quite often. Am not screwing my body up for some cretinous idiot whose idea of advance warning is a reply to a post at 22:30 that was posted at 17:30 and l still can not find.

Was very calm didnt say much had l it would have turned nasty very fast l live on a hair trigger temper, l will however say something to the boss and l know he is already unhappy at the guy for being so lax.
