had rotten cold and razor throat since friday
just been to walk in centre as chest tight and short of breath
viral infection so sit and wait it out

just had one and decided to read leaflet and it says not to use if diabetic......too late i figures it would be ok as its lemon ( normally id make honey and lemon and take paracetamol but figured this would be the better option)
i dont read leaflets as rule because then i 'imagine' i have the bad side effects

It always says that on things which contain a little amount of sugar. You'll be fine, except from the sore throat of course. Get well soon!
