Old equipment

Hi all I have old figer prick equipment. lanceletts. Pen needles that are the wrong size but are all completely sterile and new. What do you do with this equipment? I don't use it but can't bring myself to just throw this stuff away. Especially microfine needles and lancelettes. What do you all do?

This organisation will take supplies in the USA and Australia. I am not sure if there is a UK equivalent, but would be glad to hear from anyone who knows of one, as I also have a collection that I am preparing to send.
