Omnipod 5 Closed Loop Unable to hear alarms from PDM overnight

Hi I have tried librelink up, unfortunately I found that the app did not send data from the sensor consistently. It could be several hours between data sent across. Hence I did not get any alerts particular for lows overnight.
I have recently started to get Dexcom G7 on prescription. I can hear the alerts I get from this as they come from my phone.
