Omnipod 5 PDM & Freestyle libre 2 plus Set Up Help

Hello all, frustratingly I'm having trouble setting this up, I'm hoping a knowledgeable person will be able to help
Libre 5 PDM & Freestyle libre 2 plus
From the menus
I cannot set up a sensor whilst I have an active so pod, so deactivate pod>set up plus 2 sensor> wait for it to warm up and BG reading appears on my PDM, try to set up pod and it won't communicate properly. All I get is 'try again' or 'deactivate' All the devices are adjacent so.

For now I've gone back to manual, I can't switch to auto with an active pod, once in auto the pod wont set up.

Help please (if you can)

I think I'm sorted, not all omnipod 5s are compatible, it's marked on the packaging. I've opened a fresh box and looks okay.

I'll update when once it's in use.

Pleased you've managed to sort the problem.

I'm sure you are doing this already, but if you were sent some pods(?) that were not compatible, don't forget to ensure Insulet(?) send you appropriate replacements.

Hi. Anyone know if when putting on a new libre sensor you have to wait the hour until it’s registered on the omnipod 5 controller before them fitting a new pod or can you put the pod on while waiting for the sensor to warm up? Can’t remember what I was told at training and now I’m sat here podless waiting for the sensors hour warm up

probably too late but yes you can.

I set up the Libre 2 plus, then whilst waiting for it prime and fit an omnipod 5. It starts chugging away in a limited mode, automatic mode happens once the Libre has warmed up,
