Omnipod pump training

Hey everyone,
I recently went to my diabetes team at the hospital and asked if I could be put on the pump, they have told me I am put onto the training on the end of this month. But I havent had a phone call about where in the department id be having the training or any other information about the pump.

Does anyone know if they will contact me closer to the time or should I try calling them again about this?

Can you contact them online by text or email? If not then if it were me I’d phone and ask if there’s a day and place yet, and if not please contact me when there is.
Each organisation is different. We don’t know how your diabetes team operate but there’s no harm in your reaching out to them for information.
