Hi, I have been wearing my omnipod for around 2 years now and I have noticed not all the time the pod doesn’t let me know if it’s stopped working like I have just done my blood and it was 17!!! And I was thinking well how I’ve not ate nothing different I gave the correct insulin and I have checked my pump and the needle has bent and I remember my nurse telling me the pump should make a sound when it stops working but I’ve only had this a couple of times, does anyone else have the same problem?

Ive had it a fair few times. I find if i put my pod on the fatty areas of my legs it works better. If i put it on the lean areas it seems to have these issues. Trouble is we all know we have to rotate sites so it makes it harder and harder.
