I saw that show, the recipes looked quite nice especially the courgette bolognese, but didn't like the look of the buckwheat pizza. Only change I would make would be to use a potato peeler to make more like a tagliatelli pasta. I'm sure I can live without a gadget to make thin strips ( a spiralizer?).
I love looking at gadgets though, the other day I saw a device to hold a piping bag while it's filled - and all these years I've been propping mine up in a tall mug!
