i have a stong heartbeat that tends to make me think its fast but i suffer anxiety so i make it faster by panicking but atm its 80-90
i've had ecg's in the past but they said it was nothing to worry about.

now tonight my sugars are between 9-10 was 12.7 but dropped but then it goes back :(
could this panicky tonight and stress keep bouncing it i just want to sleep but don't want to wake up high in the morning :[

Its ok to wake up high now and again. Give yourself a break. Not only are you diabetic but throw anxiety in the mix and lifes just a bit hard to manage!
Before bed each night i listen to a relaxation tape. This has a very calming effect. I would suggest you do similar. Plenty of relaxation videos on youtube with deep breathing exercises.
Anxiety will raise your bgs so learning to relax will help stabilise you...and make u feel better! X
