rude d/n nurses and being treated like im wierd because im diabetic
having one of those days were only crisps and choccy and chips will fill the big black void lol roll on bedtime haah :)

its calling me from asda ... so i will take the advice and atkins bar and bed end the misery lol :) x
 
I get the BOunty type ones and keep them in the freezer so they take longer to eat.
 
ohh that sounds like good idea i will try this one . ive had one before but ended up only eating half of it (unusual) for me anyways so will try the bounty one tonight many thanks xx
